Recipes from this week!

Here are some of the things we made this week!

Blueberry Cinnamon Rolls!

These were great. But instead of milk in the icing, I used lemonade because I LOVE the blueberry-lemon flavor combination!

This is my new go-to pancake recipe. It is delicious and pretty healthy. I used Quaker pancake mix which is great because it is whole grain, but works really well in this recipe.

Homemade Falafel!

So good, I made it with homemade pitas from this months Vegetarian Times.
